A.The 76th AAN Annual Meeting will take place April 13-18, 2024, at the Colorado Convention Center (700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202) and online.
Q.What is the difference between Full Registration and Online Registration?
A.Both registration types include access to the Annual Meeting online platform over the conference dates and through May 6, 2024. Full registration is the only registration type that also includes access to the Annual Meeting in Denver, including the exhibit hall, Annual Meeting Party, and more.
Q.Is there a deadline to book my housing reservation through the AAN?
A.The deadline to book housing reservations through the AAN is Thursday, March 14, 2024. However, we encourage you to book early, as availability is limited, and hotels fill up quickly.
Q.How can I get information about event registration?
A.Registration for the event is handled by a different vendor. Please see the registration page of the event's website for further information or to log in to the registration system.
Q.What is the early date of Registration?
A.Early date of Registration is January 18, 2024.
Q.Is there a waiting list for sold out hotels?
A.No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.

A hotels with four-star rating shares similar amenities as a three-star hotel, but it includes an additional restaurant and bar option, concierge, and a swimming pool, among others. 3 STAR HOTEL

Hotels with a three-star rating have several room options, such as Deluxe, Suite, or Premier. Rooms may also be given varying names depending on the hotel’s preference.
